(“we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our website at www.coactive.ai, including subdomains of that website and the trial version of our image and video search service (collectively, the “Site”). Terminating Your Search Service Account

If you have created an account to use the trial version of our image and video search service, you can delete your account by emailing us at support@coactive.ai. You may also be able to change information in your account or terminate your account by using account functionality when and as available. When you delete information in your account or terminate your account, your account login information will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. However, portions of your data, consisting a aggregate data derived in part from your account information and your use of the service, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. Your information may also remain on a backup server or media until we overwrite it or delete it according to our standard practices. We may also retain account information as required of us or our partners by applicable law or regulations or to comply with law enforcement, or as required for our legitimate business interests or to enforce our rights.

Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the personal information we maintain. However, as no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information.

Children’s Privacy
